An Object in Motion, Stays in Motion
— Issac Newton

Being energetic creatures that we are, it is required of us to be continuously moving and evolving. We can physically see this as we age, but what I am bringing your attention to is how it affects your mind, body, and spirit internally.

It is known, exercising is key to living a healthy life - mentally, physically, and emotionally. By exercising, you are allowing your energies to flow throughout you, enhancing your psychic abilities. How you treat yourself directly correlates to your cognitive functions.

When exercising, we are making our bodies perform under fight or flight mode; making our body act out of its comfort zone in ways it would not have had to previously. We change our brain chemistry while we are moving by activating our “happy chemicals” of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. Thus, releasing more energy for us to survive and thrive.

Whatever it is you do, carve out time in your day for movement. It can be as simple as dancing around your house to a song or as intense as a hike, going to the gym, or yoga. The hardest part about this is starting. On the other hand, once you have begun, you won’t want to stop!

Get your groove on and start moving to your rhythm.
